The West Side Theater

Beginning at 5:30 p.m., take part in pole fitness! The pole is an aerial apparatus and the fitness is prioritized by its foundation of gymnastics, athleticism, and creative arts. This is 6-week series beginning on Thursday, March 12 and ending on Thursday, April 14th. Wear shorts, bring a water bottle, and don’t apply lotion until after class!
