A new year is a great time to pick up a new, healthy habit. Journaling can be an important daily routine that brings deep levels of gratitude to our day-to-day lives. In these hour-long sessions, you will discuss the importance of journaling with a purpose. The group will also have time to write in your journals and share if there’s a desire to. Bring a journal and a writing instrument to each class. This class is free and meets every Saturday at World of Wonders. See you there Saturday, January 11 and January 25 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
