You never know what you’re going to get! At least, that’s how it went for Jared and Lindley Lynch when they decided to take a chance on the mighty acai berry. Adventurers at heart, the proud owners of this funky food truck begin and complete each bowl with the inspiration of our beloved scenery, and they serve up some seriously delicious (and healthy) bowls of goodness.

Mountain Berry Bowls

It starts with their thick smoothie blend, which is a combination of acai berries, strawberries, blueberries, banana, and coconut milk, and then always topped with their signature gluten-free granola.

1. Good Medicine: blueberries, banana, almond butter, almond shavings, honey

2. Big Mountain: banana, strawberry, blueberry, kiwi, coconut, bee pollen, honey

3. Heavens Peak: banana, almond shavings, coconut, bee pollen, honey

4. Siyeh Açaí: banana, strawberry, blueberry, honey

The Power of Acai

After you get past how to pronounce it (aw-sigh-EE), you’ll love to learn that this little berry is a powerhouse of antioxidants and healthy omegas and punch-packed with nutrition. Better yet, the acai berry is one of the only sugar-free fruits on earth.
