May Is Marvel-ous

There is much to marvel at during the month of May, and the Roxy Theater is giving us another reason to do so: a Marvel movie marathon. This month, the Roxy will be screening a few of our favorite Marvel superhero movies: Iron Man, The Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain America: Civil War, and Spider-Man: Homecoming. Outdoor Market Season Is Here

Missoula welcomes a great summer tradition with not one, not two, but THREE downtown markets opening this month. The Clark Fork Market, the Missoula Farmers Market, and the Missoula People’s Market open the outdoor market season on Saturday, May 5. The Clark Fork Market is located under the Higgins Bridge, in the Riverside Parking Lot, just east of Caras Park. Hours are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is open rain or shine. An Unsung Hero

Congratulations are in order for Missoula Police Department Officer Jenna Volinkaty. She was recently presented with the Special Olympics of Montana “Unsung Hero Award.” Recipients are singled out for demonstrating a substantive contribution to the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Montana. Great work, Officer Volinkaty!
