Cambium Place, the heart of the 45-acre Old Sawmill District, recently received a warm Missoula welcome during a pre-launch event. The event marks the continued effort of Ed and Leslie Wetherbee, developers of Old Sawmill District, to bring Montana its first urban, high-density, mixed-use development to fruition. Cambium Place will easily become Missoula’s most desired “rent by choice” residence with over 16,000 square of additional high-end amenity space and concierge services not available anywhere else in the area.
